One of the most important is that when you call for a roof replacement, the Roofing Inspection is FREE of charge! We’ll check out your roofing tiles, underlayment materials, the flashing, booting & venting, as well as your home’s supporting structure, and even your energy efficiency. And we do all this with as much honesty, integrity, and thoroughness as we believe is humanly possible.
Bottom Line: If your roof is still in good condition, we won’t dare try to sell you something you don’t need.
